I was hoping for a Wavy/Ian romance - they came face to face in the Linear Tactical series， and the chemistry was there even with a limited amount of page time。 Needless to say， I was excited to get my hands on this one， and just as I expected， Janie Crouch does not disappoint。This first Zodiac Tactical book is a bit grittier， a little darker than most books I've read by this author， but it sure made for a gripping storyline。 The journey Ian and Wavy take， both separately and together， gets you I was hoping for a Wavy/Ian romance - they came face to face in the Linear Tactical series， and the chemistry was there even with a limited amount of page time。 Needless to say， I was excited to get my hands on this one， and just as I expected， Janie Crouch does not disappoint。This first Zodiac Tactical book is a bit grittier， a little darker than most books I've read by this author， but it sure made for a gripping storyline。 The journey Ian and Wavy take， both separately and together， gets you right in the feels。 Janie pretty much always gives us a satisfying， happy ending for the romantic couple， but I've gotta say there were times when I wasn't sure it was in the cards for these two despite how good they were together。I won't go any further into detail so I don't spoil anything。 Instead， I'll wrap it up by saying Code Name: Aries is another stellar read by one of my favorite authors。 It's the start of a promising new series with characters I can't get enough of。 。。。more

I’ve said it once， twice， three…。OK…。many many many times that this author doesn’t disappoint and once again delivers a read that had me from the first page to the last。 We finally get Wavy’s story， the sister to Finn and Baby， and she meets Ian when he comes to their small town and mistakingly thinks he’s one of the bad guys associated with Mosaic。 Their story develops from there and a new series begins with the Zodiac team that ties all the past characters from Linear。A read with action， heart I’ve said it once， twice， three…。OK…。many many many times that this author doesn’t disappoint and once again delivers a read that had me from the first page to the last。 We finally get Wavy’s story， the sister to Finn and Baby， and she meets Ian when he comes to their small town and mistakingly thinks he’s one of the bad guys associated with Mosaic。 Their story develops from there and a new series begins with the Zodiac team that ties all the past characters from Linear。A read with action， heartache， suspense， heart pounding scenes and steam…oh my the steam and sparks between these two…yummy。 Ian the head of Zodiac， a powerful man who falls hard for Wavy…and Wavy， a character we have gotten to know through the Linear books， a strong woman who hides a passion and lets Ian in to her world。 I LOVED these two and what Wavy goes through…oh my…and the ending with the paintings…OH MY…the depth that Ian shows…。make sure tissues are on hand and hold on for a roller coaster of ride that you won’t want to get off of！！ I’m only disappointed that I can’t give it more than 5 stars…。10++++++ *I voluntarily read an advanced copy and expressed my honest opinion* 。。。more

Let me start by saying I only read romantic suspense and have been for the past 30 years。 I also have read every Janie Crouch book there is。 She never disappoints。 That being said this is one of the best romantic suspense books I have ever read。 I absolutely love Wavy and Ian。 They are such polar opposite personalities and yet they give each other exactly what they need。 Their passion and tenderness toward each other comes across right from the start and it is that vibe that carries across not o Let me start by saying I only read romantic suspense and have been for the past 30 years。 I also have read every Janie Crouch book there is。 She never disappoints。 That being said this is one of the best romantic suspense books I have ever read。 I absolutely love Wavy and Ian。 They are such polar opposite personalities and yet they give each other exactly what they need。 Their passion and tenderness toward each other comes across right from the start and it is that vibe that carries across not only their relationship but also the exciting plot of this book。 I sometimes mention bits of the plot when I do a review so the next reader will know what is in store for them。 However in this case I do not want to give anything away that might lessen the impact of this book。 I assure you once you start this book you will not want to stop until it is over。 Be prepared for suspenseful and very emotional roller coaster ride here that will leave you ranting & raving， crying and yet on the edge of your seat。 The HEA wraps the story beautifully and yet I was begging for more。 All I can say is read this book！ 。。。more

Another great story！ Wavy and Ian were both great characters and what a great start to a new series than with Wavy and Ian。 Wavy was an amazing character who went through so much and Ian was also wonderful。 Lots of action and suspense and some steam。 This was a fantastic story。 Loved it！！
